Foam dampens water rays

It is not a solution to use a hand detergent in the device as a replacement for the actual cleaning agent.Because funds for hand washing develop a lot of foam and this drastically lowers the cleaning performance of the machine, explains the industrial association physical care and detergent (IKW) in Frankfurt.In the worst case, the machine could even switch off when using hand detergent and you have to call customer service.

The cause is different ingredients in the two cleaning products: According to the IKW, there are only weakly foaming surfactants in the funds for machine laundry.Because a lot of foam would prevent the water from arriving freely on the dirty dishes.Only then is the dirt removed sufficiently well.

What else is clean in the dishwasher
