Fashion designer Storm Keating had some very special birthday guests to look forward to. Zara Phillips and husband Mike Tindall attended the ceremony.
FacebookWhatsAppMailTwitterOn October 27th, designer Storm Keating turned 40 years old. But just a few days earlier, her husband, the singer Ronan Keating (44), with whom she has two children, surprised her with an early birthday party. Storm Keating welcomed illustrious guests. Zara Phillips (40), granddaughter of Queen Elizabeth II (95), and her husband, former rugby professional Mike Tindall (43), took the opportunity to congratulate their good friend, reports "hellomagazine.com".
In love like on the first day! You can see how Zara and Mike enjoy a good time together in the video above.
Zara Phillips chose a particularly hot outfit for her performance. She stormed the party in black leather-look shorts paired with a gold and black blouse. Zara's husband Mike, on the other hand, looked almost conservative in his classic suit.
The 40-year-old has now shared pictures of the hilarious party, which took place in a converted barn near Oxford, on Instagram. She captioned the photos on Oct. 31: "A week ago today I woke up to the best surprise ever."
She spent a "really special weekend" with family and friends. She hasn't seen some of them in years. After a difficult year, she asked her husband not to make any fuss about her birthday. But he obviously had a different opinion.
"I'm so glad he knows me better than I know myself," the 40-year-old wrote, adding, "I've known each other for a long time I didn't feel so relaxed and happy anymore." The designer reports that she was so exhausted from work that she had completely forgotten how good such a party felt. That evening she learned two things. For one thing, Ronan Keating has shown her that she's not always right. On the other hand, she understood how important it was to celebrate such a "milestone" with loved ones. "It was just what I needed at the time," writes Storm Keating.
