rbb: Mr. Adli, how have lockdown and contact bans changed life in the city?
Mazda Adli: The pandemic and the measures taken to contain it have changed cities in significant ways. The pandemic was clearly visible in our cities. We all stood on empty streets, on empty squares that are normally populated and alive.
The doors of theatres, restaurants and cinemas were locked. The cityscape has at times eerily highlighted the threat of the pandemic. In a village, in a sparsely populated area, on the other hand, you don't see such stark changes.
