It's sunny outside, but your autumn/winter wardrobe is calling. So let's get into the fray and stock up on the wardrobe. The Yeans Hall makes the start. The must-haves of the season are bell-bottoms in all washes. Baggy jeans are back in fashion for men. More than 30 brands can be found on more than 1,000 square meters.
Turtleneck sweaters are a must for cooler days. "These are often combined with shirt jackets. The main thing is that things are becoming more casual again," says the Yeans Halle fashion consultant. When it comes to color, things are getting more muted here. "Dark tones such as beige and brown dominate here, but dark green and bordeaux are also trendy. Women also like to mix with pastel tones."
Boots, boots, boots, that's the shoe trend at Tamaris. Ankle boots with rough soles, Chelsea boots with high shafts, boots with block heels in berry colors or in classic black with stylish eye-catchers.
At Comma, the experts in women's clothing, fashion fans will find autumn looks that are above all comfortable. Whether it's a day at the office, an autumn walk or a dinner with friends: With loose jackets in checked style, wide knitted cardigans, casual sweatpants, women are right in the autumn trend. The must-haves of the season are also rather reserved in terms of colour, but women are welcome to set accents in rusty red.
The fashion heart beats faster at Vero Moda on the ground floor. So many trends, where should a woman start? "Comfy styles are still trendy, regardless of the material, oversize is always possible - but crop tops are also popular," says Yasmina Djadavjee. In order to think back to spring and summer in the approaching autumn, the fashion expert relies on floral prints. "Combined with muted colors, it's a highlight."
The it piece at Jack & Jones: Check styles and overshirts. "For trousers, the trend is clearly towards sweatpants, chinos and also here: checked trousers," says shop manager Linus Mickel. For those who feel more comfortable in jeans, the autumn trend is towards a loose fit or tapered fit, and the same applies here: casual is in."
When it comes to colors, the fashion expert at Jack & Jones earthy tones with highlights such as light purple, bordeaux or mint green.
It gets a little rougher for the men at 7Aygan. Frank Fischer has over ten brands for men's fashion. The absolute trend item: flannel shirts with a checked look, combined with a leather jacket - men are already dressed. Frank Fischer combines it with slightly narrower trousers. "The oversized look really comes into its own."
Outdoor friends will get their money's worth at Jack Wolfskin. Anyone who thinks that functional clothing is boring and monotonous is wrong. "The colors gray, blue and orange dominate for men, and gray, blue and berry tones for women," says Nelli Pruteanu, Store Manager at Jack Wolfskin in Ettlinger Tor Karlsruhe.
Fashionable cuts, sustainable materials, lightweight and suitable for outdoor use. "Sporty and warm, without any down at all: the padding is made of recycled material and is windproof and water-repellent - the perfect prerequisite for a day of hiking in autumn. On top of that, the new models immediately catch the eye because the colors shine so beautifully ."
