What are your focus in this chair?

I am inclined to say: reform, reform, reform.For me, this includes three "d's", and that starts with digitization.We have to be more in the digital, and that with curated, clear offers.That means we have to prioritize.We cannot do both in the same form, the digital and the linear.So we have to see how we shape our future.

The second "D" is the dialogue.We want to show presence, go to the regions both in the digital and physically on site.To reinforce this, making us visible there is extremely important.

And the third "D" is something that is well received by the RBB and is also important to me: diversity.This means that people and opinions in their form and their diversity and their diversity come into their own.
