Young climate protectors collect rubbish in the Dölauer Heide

by eseppelt 18. January 2021

The Dölauer Heide is the city forest of Halle. However, some seem to confuse it with a rubbish dump. Climate protection activists from Fridays For Future therefore tackled yesterday and collected rubbish along the paths.

A "mirror of the politics of our decision-makers" is created from the rubbish. This afternoon they are going to a protest on the market square.

The campaign isn't bad, but if there were a lot more wastebaskets, there would be less rubbish lying around. And doing a demo right now, that's definitely going too far. Everyone should stay at home if possible and go demonstrate. That is not how it works. Hopefully they leave their phones at home.

Unfortunately, it's not just like that in the heath. Garbage mountains are sprouting up everywhere. From household waste to bulky waste. Just picking something up there with a garbage bag is no longer enough. It's a pity that the "sagsuns quite simply" page is still not available to properly report all the places. The city employees of the website can probably not home office? Because the garbage is removed by other city employees. But you have to be able to reach them.

Yes, I think so too, young people are finally taking care of the garbage in the city. That's really a good deed. So you can have access, great

Very nice campaign worth supporting! In my opinion, there is no need for more wastepaper baskets in a forest. People should be so sensible and take their rubbish away with them, because the rubbish that is disposed of in the forest has to be picked up by someone. So: just take all your rubbish with you and dispose of it at home - it really is very easy and you won't break a tooth out of your crown.

Very well ! Collected 3 x candy paper and 2 x handkerchiefs, they have now saved the forest. I can hear the trees breathing better now. I'll just drop my paper in the Dölauer Heide soon, because I know it will be picked up.

Good action! All parts of society should take part in this. Parents, children, the elderly, migrants, companies and authorities.

it is definitely cheaper for the city than putting up wastebaskets and having them emptied regularly

Things are slowly moving in the right direction. Do it yourself on a small scale... Better than bitching at the world and everyone who lived before you.

Why the hell do people voluntarily impede their breathing with a mask outdoors in nature? It can't be that far with intelligence. Or has the lack of oxygen caused by wearing a mask in the city center already affected the brain cells? There used to be a nice term for such behavior: anticipatory obedience. But somehow doesn't fit with climate rebels, right?

Didn't such forces used to be called ABM forces? 🙂 There are also a few trees in front of my house, why don't my loved ones collect the paper? Cheeky :-) If there's rubbish in the heath again in the next few weeks, they'll probably chain themselves to the trees and then see each other on Spiegel TV. Keep it up, you are the saviors of the world! I hope the colleague on the bike isn't wearing a real down jacket because a lot of geese and ducks had to die for it. Yes, I already hear the answers artificially - of course 🙂

...and the next well poisoner reports! It makes you wonder whose brain cells were affected here, but it doesn't seem to come from wearing a mask in your case! Post your comment where the sun doesn't shine...

Unfortunately, most of the comments on this page can now only be described as superfluous garbage. Apparently, the majority of the comment content only exists because someone didn't know what to do with their anger or lack of understanding. I don't know whether the organizational effort for this still makes sense and I think it's a shame for the operator, who could otherwise possibly concentrate on other topics that are more important to the city's citizens.

It's strange. First, climate protectionists are criticized for not collecting rubbish (connection?) and when they actually collect rubbish, the valued commentators don't like it either.

Climate protectors with huge blue plastic bags that never got full.

PR action in the forest and then self-adulation here in the comments.

China is one of the biggest polluters, but there is more to it than collecting used tissues. But hypocrites are not good to talk to.

So when I go for a walk in the forest, I don't expect any garbage cans. It is a forest and a matter of course to take the waste you produce with you.
