Due to the graveld discussion at the end of 2017, I only came back to racing bike.After the birth of my son in 2003, I actually completely switched from a racing bike to the mountain bike.From then on I was only traveling away from the big roads.When the graves fashioned big in 2018, I knew immediately that I needed something like that.Since I mostly build my bikes myself, it was also clear from the start that it would be a self -establishment.The frame material had to be carbon.After a long search, I came across Roger Tanner in Hamburg and his Pearl bikes.After a few phone calls it was clear that it would be a Pearl with custom paint in anthracite gray.I was also quickly safe with the SRAM Force 1 group, because I just prefer and just like it.The other parts should then fit into the overall picture and not be too difficult.

In addition to the look, it was important to me that the components should also be coherent.The frame, group and wheels were quickly determined, the rest was then chosen to match.Only the Force 1-fold crank was replaced by a practice work zayante because I liked it better.It should be a bike that should be exactly the way I imagined, so I have also liked to accept longer delivery times for the frame.My plan was also to build a light bike because I like to travel in the mountains.
