In the US, Nike plans to sell the PS5 sneakers for $110, according to Sneaker Files. They don't seem to be strictly limited, but that doesn't mean much when it comes to shoes. Previous Nike-Sony collaborations have always caused a certain amount of hype due to a limited edition and the demand for certain shoe models quickly exceeds the capacities of the workers in the Far East, even without limitation. Sometimes even standard models in popular sizes are hard to come by.

Most interested parties are more likely to see the shoes as an investment, which regular wearers usually quickly rule out. The market with scarcely available sneakers suffers from private resellers who want to take a one-off profit and of course professional scalpers.
