Cher is the face of Ugg's Spring-Summer 2022 campaign

How does Cher live? This question is explained to some extent by a new campaign: The lifestyle brand Ugg, based in Southern California, has engaged the legendary singer for its latest commercial and the accompanying images. The “FEEL ___” campaign is an ongoing series of stories that tell different Artists, creatives and activists from all over the world come into focus. For example, in 2021 it was André Leon Talley, photographed on the porch of his home in White Plains, New York, and legendary party organizer Susanne Bartsch, this time it's Oscar, Grammy and Emmy award winner Cher.

In the spot, the singer can be seen watching some of her favorite films in her home theater with her cat Mala, chatting with her mom on the phone, meditating peacefully, and donning casual outfits—just what you do when you're Cher .During the shoot, Cher shares her thoughts on growing up wanting to be an actress; explains her passion for planet earth and her wisdom to just be herself. "I've lived my whole life with people either hating me or loving me; and I mean, you want to be loved, but in the end it's like a 'f*ck it'”. Finally, it's all about the shoes, of course: In the Ugg Spring-Summer 2022 campaign, Cher shows heritage styles like the Classic Mini boots and the coquette slipper. The pictures were taken at Cher's Malibu home by Los Angeles-based photographer Neil Favila; the spot was directed by Kauai Moliterno and Michael Barth.
