Mushroom is the name of the colourway chosen for the sneaker in the new collaboration between Billie Eilish and Nike. The restrained shade, lying between beige and light brown, can be found in the suede, on all details, the sole and inside the shoe designed by the singer. A highlight, however, is the black lettering, which is hidden in the footbed as a special detail. It says "It's hard to stop once it starts" - a lyric from the song "Billie Bossa Nova" from Billie Eilish's recent album Happier Than Ever. In terms of color, the singer has clearly held back. Eilish hasn't changed the distinctive DNA of the sneaker either - only four additional Velcro fasteners that lie over the shoe are new. In an Instagram post in which the shoe was already presented, it is also mentioned that the sole of the sneaker is probably made of sustainable materials. The slightly speckled look speaks for this.

Eilish is now showing a little more understatement herself. She ditched her black and green look for her current album to show herself in bright blonde. In the meantime, the artist had her hair dyed dark brown.
